We are looking for a Director of Marketing who will be responsible for owning the company’s marketing initiatives across all channels to help achieve both short and long-term growth and customer acquisition goals. This individual should have a successful track record of leading marketing and growth initiatives in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. The ideal candidate has deep experience executing direct-to-consumer campaigns across multiple channels, and an analytical eye to make sure we’re driving impactful results.

Job Details

What You’ll Do

  • Develop marketing strategy, programs and campaigns to advance company marketing and sales initiatives including, but not limited to: SEO, Email Marketing, Social Media and Paid Marketing initiatives
  • Advance brand messaging and content strategy to align with current solution and product offering(s)
  • Build out the Customer Lifecycle Stages and Customer Journey Mapping
  • Create infrastructure to support marketing automation, CRM programs to help make programs scalable and repeatable
  • Develop and operate reporting dashboards to provide real-time insights into campaign performance, manage leads, track activity, ensure quality, and measure marketing KPIs
  • Execution of lead nurture programs to improve lead to opportunity conversion
  • Evaluate current tech stack and systems, make recommendations, and implement enhancements

 

Qualifications

Who You Are

  • 2-3 years experience as a Director of Marketing
  • Prior experience with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Ads, and Hubspot
  • Proven track record managing vendors and in-house resources
  • Strong organizational and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Creative mindset, bringing new ideas and perspectives to solve problems.
  • Self-motivated and execution-oriented.
  • Deep knowledge of the marketing campaign process from idea to production.
  • Excited about creating processes and infrastructure that support the development of great work.

Salary is commensurate with experience plus Benefits
