MeetCaregivers Welcomes Manoj Shenoy As New CTO

MeetCaregivers, a health technology company that intelligently matches seniors with the perfect companions, services, care products, and technology tools they need to remain healthy and age independently at home, welcomes Manoj Shenoy as its new Chief Technology Officer. Shenoy will help optimize the company’s technology roadmap by implementing software improvements that support ongoing scale and align with its vision and direction.

Shenoy’s extensive background comprises over 27 years of computer and software experience, including 15 years in leadership roles and 12 in healthcare. Most recently, he served as Senior Software Engineering Manager with Signify Health, which CVS recently acquired. At Signify, he built a skillful engineering team to meet the organization’s Product objectives.

Shenoy’s presence has sent a clear sign about the company’s ambition to become a leading home technology provider. “We are excited to have Manoj on board! His support and expertise will help us to strengthen our technology platform and make it robust enough to support millions of seniors aging at home and in senior care communities, their families, and our partners,” said Florence Furaha, founder and CEO.

In addition to several successful startups, Shenoy has worked with multiple Fortune 500 companies, including Intel, Oracle, and Aetna Healthcare. He holds an MBA from the University of Massachusetts, a Bachelor’s in Engineering from Cornell University, and a Project Management Professional certificate from the Project Management Institute.

As CTO, Shenoy will head the company’s Technology team. He will develop strategic and tactical initiatives to meet the company’s business goals. As part of that, he will help build a high-performing engineering team with the capacity to take MeetCaregivers’s home technology to the next level.
